  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery timelines:
    • Metro Cities (India): 3–4 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
    • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping is free (₹0) on all orders. A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items or discounted products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
